Abraham Allen--according to oral history Abraham was a brother of Polly Allen who married Jacob Hofsteater. Lucretia Allen. Lucretia Miller Allen died May 5, 1897. Lucretia was the daughter of Samuel Miller (1787-1856) and Nancy Hudson Miller 1830-1877. Note from Kay Gary: Shirley Yates DAR papers said that Lucretia died Jan, 1897 but I am sitting here looking at the Administration Docket for Lucretia and it says she died May 5, 1897. She left her farm to her son Addison Allen who was a drinker. Addison was drunk and with Jesse Allen's son Leavitt in 1908 when they fell drunk from wagon and Leavitt died. Then in 1915 Addison fell, while drunk, and broke his neck. His wife, had 3 children, lost the farm and it was auctioned off. One of Lucretia's sisters will states he would inherit land and money if he quit drinking.
